You may become sick after middle age due to an excesses of bad habits, lack of exercise, poor nutrition, and smoking.

If you are not cured life style related diseases sufficiently by a doctor, you may be going to become cerebral apoplexy, heart disease, renal failure, and eyesight disorder. As a result, life style related diseases not only brings disorder in your life, but can kill you at worst.

The FIFA Club World Cup in 2009

The FIFA Club World Cup, which is a football competition between the champion clubs of 6 continental confederation, was held on December 9. The competition was held in the United Arab Emirates this year and will be held same country next year.
The over whelming favorite to win the competition is the Futboll Club Barcelona based in Spain. In last season, FC Barcelona won the spain’s League match “Liga Espanola”, the spain’s royal cup “Copa del key”, and the Europe championship. What’s more, FC Barcelona is leading “Liga Espanola” in this season. FC Barcelona aim at winning three consecutive champions in this competition. I think that FC Barcelona is one of the most famous football clubs in the world, and I expect them to win this competition.
Next favorite is Estudiantos de La Platu which is FC Barcelona’s strong rival, based in Argentina. Estudiantos won “Copa Libertadores” that is the preliminary of this competition, and aim at a victory after an interval of three years. My expectation is that Estudiantos advances to the final, and they will play against FC Barcelona. In addition to these teams, five teams take part in this competition.
In conclusion, I’m looking forward to watch this competition’s games and concerned which team win this competition.

I have the ways to change my life. The first way is that I try my interested things. For example, I think that I try to driving a motorcycle. Driving a motorcycle must make me very refreshing. You need to plan many things when you hold a party. First of all, you have to invite guests to the party. At the same time, you need to decide when and where you will hold the party. As guests reply, you should confirm their attendance quickly.
Second, you need to prepare a lot of dishes and decorations at the meeting place. If you hold a Christmas party, it is better to prepare turkey and a Christmas tree, for instance.

Leonardo da Vinci’s Life

Leonardo di ser Piero da Vinci was an Italian virtuoso in Renaissance. How did Leonardo who was a versatile person spend his life?
Leonardo was born on April 15 in 1452 in the village of Vinci in Tuscan area. He spent his childhood the village of Anchiano with his father, grandparents and uncle.
In 1466, Leonardo was to be apprenticeship of Andrea del Verrocchio who was one of the most famous artists in those days. From 1482 to 1499, he served Ludovico Sforza who was the master of the Sforza and opened his studio. Leonardo started to paint “Mona Lisa” in 1503 and spent 4years finishing it.
From 1513 to 1516, Leonardo lived in Rome for a long time. Leonardo died at the house of “Clos Luce” on May 2 in 1519.
Eventually, the thing which I have come to understand is that Leonardo da Vinci was a most mysterious person in the 16 century.
