The FIFA Club World Cup, which is a football competition between the champion clubs of 6 continental confederation, was held on December 9. The competition was held in the United Arab Emirates this year and will be held same country next year.
The over whelming favorite to win the competition is the Futboll Club Barcelona based in Spain. In last season, FC Barcelona won the spain’s League match “Liga Espanola”, the spain’s royal cup “Copa del key”, and the Europe championship. What’s more, FC Barcelona is leading “Liga Espanola” in this season. FC Barcelona aim at winning three consecutive champions in this competition. I think that FC Barcelona is one of the most famous football clubs in the world, and I expect them to win this competition.
Next favorite is Estudiantos de La Platu which is FC Barcelona’s strong rival, based in Argentina. Estudiantos won “Copa Libertadores” that is the preliminary of this competition, and aim at a victory after an interval of three years. My expectation is that Estudiantos advances to the final, and they will play against FC Barcelona. In addition to these teams, five teams take part in this competition.
In conclusion, I’m looking forward to watch this competition’s games and concerned which team win this competition.
